Boil water in a saucepan, add the beans and return to the boil then drain. Defrost the peas in the microwave or blanching in boiling water. Mash the beans and peas together or pulse in a food processor to a coarse, lumpy consistency. Mix in the onion, flour, garlic, mint, breadcrumbs & egg and season to taste. Using wet hands, shape mixture into eight small burgers and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the minted yoghurt, hand whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until combined and season to taste.
Cook the burgers on the BBQ and cook both sides until nice and brown and cooked through or use a large frying pan with a little oil and cook until browned and heated through.
Serve with minted yoghurt, spicy potato wedges and salad.
