Ingredients

  • Fresh Thyme - 2/3 stalks
  • 2 Slices lemon
  • 1 cm piece of ginger - sliced
  • Honey to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place the Thyme, fresh lemon and ginger into a mug.
  2. Pour on boiling water and allow to steep for about 8 minutes.
  3. Add honey to taste.
